1. Enquiry
Describe the task, object, case stage and desired timing. State what has already been examined and whether a report exists. An initial enquiry does not conclude a contract.
2. Feasibility assessment
The question's subject, competence, material sufficiency, procedural conditions and access to objects are checked. Where necessary, the task is clarified or divided into specialisms.
An examination requires the full text or recording, images, source information and a translation if available. This allows concepts and symbols to be considered in the context of the material.
3. Individual terms
The Order Invoice or separate contract records the questions, objects, work type, specialist, timeframe, cost and result format. Task changes and additional expenses are agreed separately.
4. Examination or analysis
Work is performed within the agreed task and available methods. Insufficient data or inability to answer are recorded in the work and discussed through the established procedure.
5. Result
The agreed written result is supplied. Its title depends on the work type. A specialist report, review and consultation material are not interchangeable documents.
